Give a Little, Bless a Lot Fundraiser Update

Our annual school fundraiser is halfway to the end and over halfway to the goal! Getting involved not only supports our amazing students and staff, but it also comes with some fantastic prizes for our students, parents and families!

Parent Prizes: $75 Knight Locker coupon, front row seats at the Christmas concert, $100 lunch account deposit Family Prizes: $150 Thunder Road gift card, Midco Aquatic Center Family Pass

The real prize of the fundraiser is how it supports our entire school community:

Keeping up with new technology: all Promethean Boards, student and teacher devices and online subscriptions Celebrating our faith: Mass Mingles, First Communion gifts and reception, Advent and Lent activities, All Saints Day celebrations Building community: Grandparents Day, Trunk-or-Treat, Preschool Prom, St. Patrick’s Day Bingo, Popsicles on the Playground, Sixth Grade Graduation gifts and reception, Specialty Day, Lego Club Providing services: speech therapy and transportation for field trips, concerts, and other off-campus events Celebrating our teachers: classroom materials and honoring throughout Teacher Appreciation Week

Grow in Faith with Father Cesar

Are you wanting to deepen your understanding of the Catholic faith? Father Cesar invites all parents to join him for two special evenings of faith and fellowship. Gather in the MPR from 6:00–7:30 p.m. on November 19th and March 25th to learn together. These sessions are a wonderful opportunity to strengthen your faith and build a deeper connection with our St. Michael priests.

Parish Project Updates

We are extremely grateful to the St. Michael Parish Finance Council and their decision to upgrade the security cameras throughout the school. The work to replace them started this week and will continue throughout all of next week, with minimal disruption to instruction. Please be aware that a work crew will be on site the day of conferences.

The playground project is near completion! We are patiently waiting for the surface to be put in and if all goes as planned, we should be able to start using it next week. Please watch for future communication on how drop off and pick up procedures will change once the playground procedures are safely in place.
